Metal framing, Gypsum Boards, all types of walls

  





This category involves the installation of non-load-bearing steel stud framing, gypsum board systems, and complete wall assemblies. These systems are integral to modern construction, offering structural alignment, soundproofing, fire resistance, and a smooth surface for finishes. 



  •  Interior Partition Framing: Installation of metal studs and tracks to create non-load-bearing interior walls.  Includes frameworks for offices, retail spaces, and residential partitions. 
  •  Gypsum Board Installation:  Attaching drywall panels to metal framing for walls and ceilings.  Includes single-layer or multi-layer applications for soundproofing and fire resistance. 
  •  Suspended Ceilings: Installing metal grids and framing for drop ceilings. Provides a base for gypsum boards or other ceiling finishes. 
  • Complete Wall Assemblies including wall Insulation & Vapor Barriers: Construction of full wall systems, including steel framing, insulation, vapor barriers, gypsum board, and finishes. Adding thermal and acoustic insulation within wall cavities. Installing vapor barriers to control moisture and enhance energy efficiency.  


Interior & Exterior Painting






 This category involves the application of protective and decorative coatings to enhance the appearance and durability of interior and exterior surfaces. Painting plays a crucial role in finishing projects, ensuring aesthetic appeal and long-term protection against environmental and wear-related factors.


  •  Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding, priming, and repairing surfaces to ensure smooth and durable paint application.  Includes addressing cracks, dents, and old coatings. 
  • Interior Painting:  Application of primers, sealers, and topcoats for walls, ceilings, and trim. Includes specialty finishes such as matte, satin, semi-gloss, and decorative textures.
  • Exterior Painting: Protective and weather-resistant coatings for facades, doors, and trim.  Includes painting masonry, wood, and metal surfaces with UV-resistant and durable materials. 
  • Specialty Coatings & Custom Decorative Finishes: Application of fire-resistant, anti-microbial, or high-performance coatings for specific needs. Faux finishes, accent walls, and unique artistic designs for high-end interiors.
